Hi, I’m Stephanie, a pediatric sleep consultant & founder of The Mindful Sleep Mama.

As a mother of three, I have personally experienced the challenges and joys of teaching my children to sleep well. My journey led me to become a pediatric sleep consultant and to create The Mindful Sleep Mama. Through over 8 years of personal sleep experience, I recognized the need to follow my passion and make a difference for other families. I am thrilled to have found the best way to share my knowledge and help parents guide their little ones to peaceful, restorative sleep.
