As a mother of three and a passionate advocate for respectful parenting, my journey into the world of infant sleep began a little over seven years ago, when I was pregnant with my first son. The experience of becoming a mother opened my eyes to the challenges and joys of parenthood, particularly in the space of sleep. The struggles I faced in those early days with sleepless nights & uncertainty, fueled my determination to learn everything I could about infant sleep. Through schooling at the Institute of Pediatric Sleep & Parenting, and through my own experiences, I learned practical strategies and gentle techniques that have helped my family. Motivated by these experiences and the desire to support other parents, I founded The Mindful Sleep Mama. I offer a neutral space to share all things related to sleep & parenting, with compassion and understanding. I’m so glad you are here!
