How it works:

Below you will find One on One Support & Sleep Guides. Please choose the support package that best fits your family's needs.

One on One Support: As my support is offered on a monthly basis, I take on a limited number of clients. I kindly ask that you contact me directly via email, or schedule a complimentary consultation, so we can discuss your needs. From there, a detailed intake form will be sent to gather more information regarding your concerns and to get a better understanding of your family dynamic. Once you secure a support plan, we will arrange a thorough discussion call. Following this, you will receive a summary email along with your customized sleep plan.

 FAQs

  • This is one of my most asked questions, and the answer is No. I will never ask you to leave your child alone, nor will I ask you to ignore their cries. With saying that, crying is one of your baby’s way of communicating and protesting a change. There may be some form of protesting when changing up old habits.

  • My methods may differ from others you have heard, as I base each support case off of that specific family dynamic. Using a ladder approach with many positive associations, my techniques typically take longer than average, but are very parent present, gradual and gentle. Each family has a say when provided with their sleep guide, which we discuss within our time together to ensure it is the right fit.
